Life coaching is a method of working together, one on one or in groups, to learn new skills, heal old wounds, and provide a safe space to share the parts of you that aren’t often shared. My personal philosophy is that coaching allows you to have a strong foundation for clarity and equips you with the abilities to navigate life when it gets rocky.

The "intuitive" part speaks to the skills I have for going beyond the mundane and supporting your progress with information offered to me by our Guidance Teams.

Because of those skills I am able to go where most won't. If your issues are past life related we can explore what is needed to release it. Soul contracts no longer serving you? I can break them. Dark entities latching onto your energy? We can remove them. I go wherever Spirit guides me to support your Highest Good.

Coaching and therapy can be used separately or together. They both can help you build a strong foundation for your life, but have different approaches.

Generally speaking, coaching is more focused on helping you achieve your future goals, while psychotherapy tends to have more of a past tense focus. Although both can help in all areas of life.

My style of coaching tends to be past focused, mixed with presence work in order to move forward.

Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental disorders. Coaches are collaborators and strategists, piecing together the clues that bring you to a full picture of your whole self.

Having friends can be a nurturing environment for anyone, although not all friends are able to hold the space for healing without offering their own judgments and biases.

Above all, you must feel safe in the coaching container. If you do not feel safe you will not be open to the experience, wasting both precious time and money.

Have a chat with prospective coaches, feel them out, see if you like them as a person. Ask them questions about their approach to your specific healing needs. Ask around to others that have worked with that coach.

Do some research and hire the coach that feels aligned with your personal philosophies. It is a relationship that must feel safe, supportive, and honest in order for it to work on all levels.

And know, you always have permission to end a coaching relationship if at some point you feel it is not safe or supportive. You are the priority. Take care of you first.

Coaches provide a unique opportunity to witness you in a way that you cannot see yourself.

Humans have protective blinders that are always working to keep you safe from experiences and/or memories that can re-traumatize you. Which means you will not see everything that needs to be healed.

Hiring a coach allows you to stay present with your own experience while being witnessed in that process safely. Coaches are able to show you the parts of yourself that you are not aware of, leading you to a more full awareness of your shadow behaviors and habits.

Shadow work focuses on the hidden parts of us that we are often not aware of. These can range from negative patterns and behaviors due to trauma in our early years to attributes and abilities that we have hidden in order to be accepted and blend in with our peers.

The shadow parts of us are wounded and do not support our journey in life in their current state. They require healing through acknowledgment, forgiveness, and compassion. But we cannot always find them because we’ve become so adept at hiding them. This is where a coach can help.

Yes! In fact, I’ve discovered that people have greater results being in their own sacred space, surrounded by the things they love most. Safety is key when going into the depths of the subconscious and I've seen miracles occur from people in their own living rooms.

The work is the work, regardless of where you are in the world. I have had clients in Scotland, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand...all with fabulous results!

The practices are designed to weave within your everyday life.

Most of them are awareness exercises meant to enhance and expand your perception in the world. There may be assignments that require your full participation without the distractions of day to day tasks. In these cases you can expect to spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes a day completing your assignments.

On average you would expect to see results fairly immediately. Depending on the assignment given, time set aside dedicated to that practice, and how willing you are to fully participate. I have gotten reports back from previous clients of seeing the benefits within the first week.
