Embrace Within Policies & Procedures

Please read through our Policies and Procedures so that you are prepared for your time with Morrighan. Experience has shown that by eliminating distractions a more intimate and safe space is created where clients can explore their vulnerabilities. It is of the highest priority to provide both the guidance to support your experience and safe space in which to receive it.

 

What is to be expected before, during, and after your session:

In-Person 1:1 Single Sessions:

  1. After you have scheduled your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with the address within 24 hours.
  2. Please arrive on time. If you are late to your appointment we will still end at the scheduled time.
  3. Recording devices are allowed. Please do not take notes. It’s distracting to us both. It is best for you to be present rather than trying to take notes.
  4. Sessions are one on one. However if you prefer to have a supportive friend or family member attend please inform Morrighan upon scheduling. The only requirement is that they are open minded and supportive. If they are not Morrighan reserves the right to ask them to wait outside until the session is complete.
  5. If your guest is to be included in the session additional time and fees may apply. Please inform Morrighan that you intend to have them join when making your appointment.
  6. There are NO REFUNDS. However, if you contact Morrighan at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date, you may reschedule your appointment for another day without incurring additional fees. If you do not give 24 hours notice or fail to arrive at your appointment, you will still be charged the full amount for that session.

 

Phone 1:1 Single Sessions:

  1. When scheduling your appointment you will be prompted to add your telephone number. Be sure to add your area code.
  2. Be in a quiet space, free from distractions (family, small children, pets) during your session. If you are not centered, quiet, and focused it will be difficult to offer information about your energy.
  3. NO DRIVING. If you are driving during your session, Morrighan will end the session for your own safety. You will not be refunded.
  4. We only call domestic clients. Clients located outside the Continental U.S will be prompted to schedule a Zoom session.
  5. There are NO REFUNDS. However, if you contact Morrighan at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date, you may reschedule your appointment for another day without incurring additional fees. If you do not give 24 hours notice or fail to arrive at your appointment, you will still be charged the full amount for that session.

 

Zoom 1:1 Single Sessions:

  1. After you have scheduled your appointment go to www.zoom.us and download the app for the session.
  2. You can download to your pc, tablet, or phone. Create your account before your session to ensure you are prepared.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours of the appointment time with instructions to log into Zoom.
  4. For your session, be in a quiet space, free from distractions (family, small children, pets) during your session. If you are not centered, quiet, and focused it will be difficult to offer information about your energy.
  5. Stabilize your tablet/phone for the call. Do not hold in your hand or walk around during your session.
  6. The session will be recorded. After the session ends you will receive a link to download your session within 24 hours.

 

Group Sessions (Gallery, Class, or Other Events):

  1. If you have five or more people interested in a session, gallery, party, or workshop go to the menu tab labeled “Work With Me” and schedule a Shadow Strategy Session to discuss the details with Morrighan.
  2. She will connect with you at the chosen date and time.
  3. Fees for events are dependent upon duration, number of people, supplies, etc.
  4. If travel is required an additional travel fee may apply.
  5. Groups are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is applied to the total cost of group event. The deposit is 50% of the total event cost. This reserves the date and time.
  6. The balance is paid on the day of the event.

 

Shadow Strategy Consultations:

  1. This is a complimentary service. If you fail to answer at the scheduled time it will be considered a no-show and subject to a rescheduling fee of $75.
  2. You will receive via email a special link to reschedule the consultation.
  3. If during the rescheduled consultation you decide to work with Morrighan the rescheduling fee will be applied to the service you desire.
  4. During your consultation, be in a space where you are relaxed and quiet. NO DRIVING. If you are driving Morrighan will end the session for your own safety and you will be subject to a rescheduling fee for a future conversation.

 

Classes, Workshops, & Programs:

  1. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
  2. If you cannot attend the event contact our office immediately to see if you qualify for a transfer of funds to another event/service. Each event has a different timeline for transfers:
    1. Single day and Two-day classes: you must notify our office within 15 days of the event.
    2. Multi-week Programs: you must notify our office within 30 days of the first class.
  3. If you cancel after the program begins:
    1. Future payments towards the service will be canceled
    2. You will lose access to recordings, curriculum, and materials, even those you participated in
    3. Any payments you have made towards the service are non-transferable at that point
  4. All no-shows will forfeit any possible credits

 

Membership Style Classes/Programs (i.e. The Connection Experience, Spiral Path) 

  1. All sales are final and nonrefundable. 
  2. As a member you are able to stay in the program for as long as you want. If you no longer want to be a part of the program you must notify our office at least 3 days before your next payment is charged. ([email protected])
  3. If notified at least 3 days before your next payment, we will stop the next payment from drafting. At the end of the month your access to the program and any of the program locations (i.e. any Facebook groups associated with the program) will also be removed. You may keep any content that was available for download. 
  4. If you do not notify us a minimum of 3 days before your next payment will be charged, you will still be charged for the next month, but any payments after that will be canceled. You will have access to the program and any program locations until the end of the month for which you have paid after which you will be removed. 

 

Spiritual Retreats:

  1. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
  2. If you cannot attend the event you must contact our office a minimum of 45 days prior to the retreat. If you fail to notify our office at least 45 days prior to the retreat you will be responsible for the entire balance and no credit will be issued.
  3. If you notify our office that you are unable to attend prior to the 45 day window, we will attempt to find a replacement to fill your spot.
  4. If our office is able to fill your spot, you will receive 70% of what you've paid thus far as a credit towards future services/events. 30% is non-refundable and non-transferable. You will have 1 year from the date of the credit being issued to use it on future services/events or the credit will be forfeit. 
  5. If no replacement can be found no credit will be issued. If you are on a payment plan you will still be responsible for the full amount.

 

*Please make every effort to be in a quiet space, where you have privacy for the session. Ask your partner for some time alone, remove distractions (children, pets, etc) and allow yourself the time to focus on your well-being. This will ensure that you get all you need out of your time with Morrighan.

*Appointments, phone numbers, emails, and client list are kept private. Morrighan holds each session with the greatest amount of honor and respect. Information is NEVER repeated or shared.

*Morrighan does not take same day appointments. If you have an emergency she will do her very best to get you in as soon as possible. But being panicked and stressed is not a favorable energy to connect with. Scheduling a day later allows you to catch your breath, be more relaxed and open to receiving the information offered.

*Times for sessions could possibly vary. Although Morrighan tries her best to punctual, there is a possibility the session could run over 5-10 minutes. It is suggested to allow the space in your schedule to be relaxed before and after your session.

*By purchasing your session through Stripe, Square, or PayPal, you are authorizing your credit card to be charged a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of the scheduled appointment.

*Morrighan Lynne reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to severe weather conditions, an emergency, illness, or any other reason. In the event of this happening, Morrighan will work with you in scheduling a new date at no extra cost.

*If you decide to cancel any service with remaining credit you can use this credit towards any other service within one year. After that year you forfeit that credit and your balance is zero.

*Credits for any service or event are not transferable to other people.
