Policies & Procedures

Please read through our Policies and Procedures so that you are prepared for your time with Morrighan. It is of the highest priority to provide both the guidance to support your life and the safe space in which to receive it.

Coaching Policies & Agreements

This work is a sacred collaboration — a space of honesty, growth, and mutual integrity. The following policies are intended to honor both your investment and the energetic container we create together.

Payments & Refunds

All sales are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable.
Your commitment — both financial and energetic — helps maintain the integrity of the container and ensures that space is held intentionally for your journey.

Session Use

Coaching sessions must be used within nine (9) months of the purchase date. After that time, any unused sessions will be forfeited, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon. Life happens, and communication is key — if you need flexibility, please reach out before your expiration date so we can explore options together.

If You Choose to End Early

Should you feel called to end your coaching experience before completion, please contact Morrighan directly to bring closure to the process with clarity and respect.
If you are on a payment plan, future payments will be canceled within 24 hours of ending your sessions, and no further drafts will be taken from your account.

If Morrighan Ends the Agreement

Morrighan reserves the right to conclude the coaching relationship if she believes it is no longer in alignment with your highest good, or if it becomes clear that full commitment to the process is not being upheld. In this case, all future sessions will be canceled, and no additional payments will be required.

Mutual Integrity & Alignment

It is the intention to always support your growth with compassion, honesty, and deep respect. If at any point either of us feels that our work together is no longer aligned or in your best interest, we will discuss this openly and choose the most supportive next step — whether that means pausing, completing, or transitioning our work with mutual understanding and integrity.

*For All Sessions:

Your time — and mine — are both sacred investments. Please honor this shared commitment by showing up fully for your scheduled sessions.

There are no refunds for missed appointments or changing your mind.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may be waiting for support.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, the session will be forfeited and considered complete.

To reschedule through your confirmation email:
Scroll to the bottom of your email and click “Cancel/Change Appointment.” Choose your new date and time, then check that you’ve received a confirmation email. If you don’t see one, your change did not process — please try again to ensure your new appointment is secured.

Thank you for honoring this sacred container with mindfulness and respect. Clear communication keeps our work flowing with ease and integrity.

What is to be expected before, during, and after your session:

Zoom Sessions:

1. After you have scheduled your appointment go to www.zoom.us and download the app for the session.
2. You can download to your pc, tablet, or phone. Create your account before your session to ensure you are prepared.
3. For your session, be in a quiet space, free from distractions (family, small children, pets) during your session.
4. Stabilize your tablet/phone for the call. Do not hold in your hand or walk around during your session.
5. Please do not take your call while sitting in your car. And absolutely NO DRIVING. If you are driving during your session, Morrighan will end the session for your own safety. You will not be refunded.
6. The session will be recorded. After the session ends you will receive a link to download your recording within 24 hours.
7. If you want to download your sessions you must do so within 30 days. The link provided expires after that point and you will lose access to the recording. Morrighan does not save recordings for clients.

For Consultations:

1. You will receive a Zoom link upon scheduling this call.
2. Please do not take your call while sitting in your car. And absolutely NO DRIVING. If you are driving during your session, Morrighan will end the session for your own safety. You will not be refunded.
3. This is a complimentary service. If you fail to answer at the scheduled time it will be considered a no-show and subject to a rescheduling fee of $75. This includes if you are driving and the call is ended for your safety.
4. After your missed consultation you will receive via email a special link to schedule a new one.
5. If during the rescheduled consultation you decide to work with Morrighan the rescheduling fee will be applied to the service you choose.

Sovereign Spirit Retreats:

1. All sales are final and nontransferable.
2. Cancellation policy is as follows:
   • Cancel before 6 months of event - 100% refund (minus merchant fees)
   • Cancel before 3 months of event - 50% refund
   • Cancel within 3 months of event - No refund
3. You have the option of transferring/selling your spot to another person. Our office is not responsible for finding you a replacement.
4. If you find someone to take your place all monies are exchange between you and the new participant.
5. Have the new participant contact our office to let us know they are attending in your place.
6. If you are on a payment plan contact our office at [email protected] and payments will be cancelled within 24 hours.

Breath Circle Membership

1. You must have attended an Introductory Breath Workshop to be eligible to become a member of Breath Circle.
2. You have full access to the library for as long as you're a member.
3. If you decide to end your membership contact our offices at [email protected].
4. Your membership will be halted within 3 days of contacting our offices and auto-draft payments will be stopped.
5. You will retain access for 30 days from your last payment. After that access will be removed.
6. You are free to join again at anytime. 

*Please make every effort to be in a quiet space, where you have privacy for the session. Ask your partner/spouse for some time alone, remove distractions (children, pets, etc) and allow yourself the time to focus on your well-being. This will ensure that you get all you need out of your time with Morrighan.

*Appointments, phone numbers, emails, and client list are kept private. Morrighan holds each session with the greatest amount of honor and respect. Information is NEVER shared.

*Morrighan does not take same day appointments. If you have an emergency she will do her very best to get you in as soon as possible.

*Times for sessions could possibly vary. Although Morrighan tries her best to be punctual, there is a possibility your session could run over 5-10 minutes. It is suggested to allow the space in your schedule to be relaxed before and after your session.

*By purchasing your session through Stripe, Square, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, you are authorizing your credit card to be charged a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE fee in the amount of the scheduled appointment and/or service.

*While changes are rare, Morrighan reserves the right to cancel or suggest a different time when her spirit guides say it is not a good time to expend her energy. In the event of this happening, Morrighan will work with you in finding a new date at no extra cost.
